This week I'll be joining in with some of the Christmas Blogger Block Party's the girls At The Picket Fence are hosting. First up, Debbie's Holiday Copy Cat Party. My inspiration came from Romantic Country's Winter 2011 issue. The article was, "One Cool Holiday".
Because my Christmas decor is silver and white, I decided to stick to that scheme. My platform was the little mantel in my studio. I grabbed a grouping of small silver vessels I had, and added baby's breath which I'd spritzed with a little glitter. The wreath I used was a monotone bottle brush wreath I picked up at an estate sale. It was a little to plain,
so I added a little glitz.
This is my spin on the vignette.
The inspirational pic had a ribbon draped, but my little mantel has a curve to it, so I let that be my drape.
I had a blast with this challenge.
