Screen Sign

This is a redesign that almost wasn't.

We've been cleaning up in and around the garage, and my husband almost threw a few white screens away.

I intervened.  I love the chippy white finish, and remembered what I did with some of these several years ago.  This was a spray paint project.  I put together "PARIS CAFE" with some of my letter stencils.  The signs I made before had simple black stenciling, with smaller lettering.  I wanted this one to have a little more presence.  So, I used large stencils, and overlapped the letters.

First I sprayed over the stencil with black.  I then raised the stencil about a quarter inch up, and to the right.

Next, I sprayed it with green.

What do you think?  I have a few variations in mind for the others.
