It's going to take me a couple days to feel somewhat normal again, after my back to back shows. At least, my version of normal. I want to thank everyone who came out to see me at Kane County. I also appreciate all of you who couldn't make it, but offered your support. Especially those of you who reminded me to take care of myself. I had hubby with me Saturday, and my oldest son on Sunday. I've been resting today.
Okay, I lied. I finished a project, but it was a small one. I'll be sharing that project, and getting back to my redesigns, tutorials, finds, and, you know......"normal". I promise to chill the rest of the day. See ya soon.
Lovely to hear that you are well after some hard days.

It's hard to keep away from things you really like to do, I know! But at this time taking a little break will work wonders!

ReplyDeleteI'm sure you are excited, as well as tired, after your weekend! Take a nap. You've earned it! ~ Maureen
ReplyDeleteI think I can somewhat relate....you just cannot sit can you?....With me, when I sit, my mind is going and thinking about all the things I need to do and I proceed to do something other than sitting...Now, my only sitting time these days are reading beautiful blogs such as yours and letting them know how much I enjoyed their post!! I would tell you to rest, but I don't think you will listen!!..LOL!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the little time you have to chill. I've been away from home three weekends in a row now (two shows) and am trying to get back into the swing of things...kind of like jet lag.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to more projects, but don't forget to sleep.
Some well deserved rest always helps. Take care.
