In my last post, I shared my Top 5 tutorials according to my statistics. Today, I'm sharing my Top 5 Furniture Redesigns. Remember, click on the title to review the post.
QUIRKY CHAIR is Number 5.
I used french book pages to disguise flaws,
and add artistic flair to this chair.
Number 4, EASY CHAIR.
I only changed the frame of this piece,
but it made a difference.
At Number 3 is, FOOTSTOOL w/FRENCH TOUCH.
It started out pretty plain.
After some transferring, and paint, it had far more character.
Number 2 is, GREY WASHED STAND.
I loved how this one turned out.
NUMBER 1?
Way out in front, with comments, and views, is, WEATHERED CHAIR.
The before definitely didn't thrill me.
Much better.
Okay, even though it didn't make it into the Top 5, I have to re-visit this labor of love. The title of the post was THE BEFORE, cause the after was quite dramatic. Do you remember this one?
The before.
I made a top, added beading, embellishments, paint, and......I had to give it a shout out. I really put my heart into this one.
I'm off to do a little more reviewing. See ya soon.
