I painted an old cardboard box white, and followed with a wash of pale green. After that, I used my anaglypta to add a decorative pattern. Just use a section of the anaglypta as a stamp. You can review the post where I originally explained it HERE.
It sorta looks like faded wallpaper,
and makes a nice corral.
Using anaglypta as a stamp is one of my favorite things to do.
I'm planning a larger project with it.

Every time I clean out a cabinet I find more old clothespins I picked up over the years at garage sales. I never thought of lining them up like that, I like it!
