Crowns, Boards, Christian Dior, etc.

This post is all over the place, because that's how my head is right now.

I've been pretty busy these past few days.  Grateful for that, but my brain overloads sometimes.  Too much to do, to many ideas, trouble focusing, blah, blah, blah.  I've been shipping orders, going through my stash,  making things, painting things, Facebooking, Pinteresting, Tweeting, answering emails, dealing with customers, trying to do a little cleaning, family time.............Okay, you get the idea.  Don't worry, I managed to slip a break in here and there.

I'm making more crowns,

magnetic boards,

adding script to little wooden books,

and trying to figure out what I want to do with 7 yards of Christian Dior fabric.

This was part of a bag of vintage fabric I purchased at an estate sale.  I think it was used as liner.

What would you do with it?

I've also been playing around with copying some of my images in four parts to make them poster size.  I'm almost finished with this one.  I'll be making the lines fade away, and share the results.

I'm planning to make molds of these antique appliques I picked up at an estate sale.  You'll be seeing them on boxes, furniture, etc.

My husband brought me this heavy brass piece.  He said it reminded him of a crown.

He also handed me the fleur-de-lis tray in the background.  Hmmmmm, that would make a great large decorative crown.  Make a crown, or leave it as a tray?  What do you think?

I found these antique brass lockets recently.  I thought they had great patina, and beauty.  Apparently, so did one of my customers.  They sold almost immediately after I listed them.
