I knew I wanted to use the largest star, but, alone it wouldn't make much of a statement. Then, I thought, "crown". So, I got out one of my partially finished metal crowns, a section of rhinestone trim, and,
that was that. The trim was wrapped around the metal crown, and attached with wire at the back. The star was then attached with wire as well.
Now, my quirky little tree, has a quirky little crown. I decided to display my hand painted wooden hearts in the frame behind the tree.

The entire vignette is a bit quirky and fun.
Are you remembering to have fun this season?
Speaking of fun, one thing I did last week, was help my friend Sharon fill Christmas stockings for underprivileged kids. She and her husband Tim have a ministry, and have been doing this for many years.
That's Sharon on the left, and her friend Donna on the right. As you can see, we took a cookie break.
