Although I have been experimenting with paint for decades, I have found the Farragoz recipes,and techniques, to be a fabulous addition to my arsenal.

Because I'm moving into my busiest time of year, I've slowed down with the course, due to time restraints, and upcoming events. However, I can truly say that I've thoroughly enjoyed the course thus far. The clock face was probably my favorite project.

ReplyDeleteFor some reason, it is extremely difficult to find some of the amazing "antiques" that I see on blogs and websites that others find in other parts of the country. I have tried to duplicate the patina that I see, as that is what makes them so attractive to me. So, guess that is the best answer to why I like patina--it makes things look authentic.

I love patina because- well what's not to like about it? It's beautiful, plain and simple.
