That's right, there's a little heart in the center.
Honestly, I didn't notice it, until I starting attaching it.
In case you didn't notice, I gave the heart a little more aging, and cracking. This is how it looked the last time I shared it with you.

I have an identical heart I'm about to give a hook. I wish I had another "perfect hook".
