Recent Finds

I have so many redesigns in various stages of completion. I needed to take a break, and thought I would share a few of my recent finds.

I love these figural carved wooden legs I picked up at the flea market for $15.

I have a few ideas on how I might utilize them, but for now, they are just fun to look at.

I found this printers cabinet in the basement of an estate sale. I like the salmon pink color and will probably leave it. I'll have to figure out what to do about the missing pull though.

Beautiful burlap.

This is the first time I've come across burlap with a floral pattern.

More florals.

Frames, mirrors, sconces, etc.

  1. You have some lovely stuff to work with, I hope I get to see what you do with them. I love the first photos, it looks like duck heads with the beaks and eyes, is that what is carved into the wood? Really beautiful. I have never seen burlap with a floral design either.

I am still in love with everything!

I removed the extra link - the scrolling thing is new, but I like it because the links don't take as much room before you get to the last post.
Thanks again and I hope you will come often!
    I'm following ya!

  28. What great finds! The patterned burlap is probably a pre-printed rug base for a hand hooked rug project. Love the frames too.
