SALE AFTERMATH and THE VINTAGE FAIRE
It was harder having a sale at my house, than setting up at a show. It took me a good chunk of the week to recover. I'm very grateful for everyone who stopped by, especially people who were just driving by and bought piles.

Hi Rosemary,
ReplyDeleteSo happy you had a great sale. Good luck at the Minooka fair.

Looks like your sale was a great success. I'm certainhaving a show at your home was exhausting! Several years ago, I held a large (too large) tag sale at my house; the preparation, set up, dismantling and storing of the "leftovers" was much more than I had imagined. I told my husband afterward that I would NEVER hold a tag sale at our house again! I noticed that your fabulous hairpin leg table was still there, I LOVE that! I can't believe it was not swept up! I hope you've had a bit of rest this week and wish you GREAT success tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteOoohh . . . I MAY actually be able to make the show in Minooka. I was going to go to the Sandwich Flea Market after church today but it was raining here and looked like it could be off and on there. I didn't feel like driving over an hour and then being a wet rat haha. Glad your home sale went well!
